TIPS
1. Talk, Write, or Text to anyone, or even yourself. When you do this, you can express your thoughts, emotions, or/and feelings. When you don't exactly know what's bothering you, if you write, talk or text what you think is happening, it will help you find solutions to your stress faster.
2.Do things that you enjoy the most. When you think about happy things in your life, you tend to forget what it was that you were worrying about. If you do things that make you enjoy life, do it, because once you get that calming sensation, it will be way easier to relieve your stress.
3.Meditation, I promise you, it helps. Sometimes, when I have a huge test coming up, in the morning before I leave, I just sit quietly in my room, and take deep breaths. Then I make sure I don't have any thoughts and after 10-12 minutes I don't have as much butterflies in my stomach as before.
